Robert Half is recruiting exclusively a four-month temporary Payroll Manager role for an organisation that is truly making a difference within their sector.

This role will involve working closely with the organisation's project team as they implement a new rostering and time and attendance system.

The Role

Working closely with the project team this four-month role will see you take ownership of the interpretation and translation of the organisation's multiple complex EBAs.

This will involve:

- Reviewing and understanding each of the organisation's complex EBAs
- Working closely with senior payroll leaders to determine current interpretations and reviewing any that may be ambiguous
- Flow charting the various rostering rules
- Gaining a full understanding of over-time rules and allowances
- Meeting with the rostering vendor provider to ensure EBA rules are entered correctly into the new system
- End-user testing
- Preparation of a final detailed report with recommendations and actions for the senior leadership team to take forward

This role can be part-time and our client is happy with the position being 100% remote.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have had previous experience in interpreting and translating complex EBA rules, preferably in a large,



complex and unionised setting.

An ability to work autonomously and meet the implementation deadlines essential.

It is expected this role will continue until the end of February 2027.
