As our vehicle range and customer base continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to strengthen our market presence and support the ongoing growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and coordinating marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns and promotional programs to increase awareness of Skydrive Motors and support business growth and vehicle sales objectives.
- Researching automotive market conditions, customer preferences and competitor activity to identify market opportunities and potential demand for existing and newly sourced vehicle ranges.
- Analysing customer enquiry data, sales trends and digital campaign performance to identify market demand and inform future marketing strategies.
- Advising management on vehicle positioning, pricing, promotional activities and suitable marketing channels based on market research and insights.
- Coordinating the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting and media placement, within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Planning marketing programs aimed at reaching relevant customer segments and effectively communicating the features and value of our pre-owned, imported and Australian-delivered vehicles.




- Creating, scheduling and publishing promotional content across the dealership's website, social media and online automotive platforms.
- Evaluating pricing strategies and their potential impact on sales performance and profitability using relevant market and statistical data.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing and advertising initiatives and preparing reports and recommendations to improve campaign performance, market reach and lead generation.
- Reviewing and recommending improvements to website and digital content to enhance search engine performance, online visibility and customer engagement.

Qualification and Experience

- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline. At least five years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the formal qualification.
- Previous experience in a marketing, advertising or related commercial role, preferably within the automotive, retail or other customer-focused industry.
- Demonstrated ability to research markets, interpret customer and sales information and translate findings into effective marketing initiatives.
- Sound understanding of digital marketing, social media, online advertising and the development of promotional content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with management, customers and external service providers.
- Well organised, proactive and commercially focused, with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple marketing activities.
