We’re seeking an experienced, compassionate RN with strong clinical judgement, great communication skills and a genuine commitment to aged care.
What You'll Do
- Deliver protected, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
