The CompanyA small, hands-on business in Glebe is looking for a sharp, hardworking and reliable Service Coordinator / Administrator.
The RoleThis is a fast-paced, reactive coordination role where you will be responsible for receiving maintenance requests and organising tradesmen to jobs. The environment can be busy and stressful at times, so the successful candidate will need to be responsive, organised and comfortable working with KPIs and turnaround times.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
- Receiving and processing maintenance/service requests
- Coordinating plumbers and roofers and allocating them to jobs
- Ensuring jobs are responded to within required timeframes
- Completing a high volume of data entry and updating job information
- Using Work Buddy to manage service jobs and records
- Monitoring outstanding jobs and following up with trades as required
- Providing updates and maintaining clear communication throughout the job process
- Working towards KPIs
- General administrative support as required
About You
- Sharp, switched-on and a quick learner
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Highly organised and able to prioritise
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and reactive environment
- Confident communicating over the phone and email
- Accurate with data entry and administration
- Able to remain calm when workloads become stressful
- KPI and deadline driven
- Reliable and willing to get stuck in
