The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a premium national commercial contractor who are looking for a talented Site Manager to take the lead across a secure pipeline of exciting projects in Adelaide.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take the lead on day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with the broader project team, you will coordinate site activities, maintain programme momentum and drive successful project outcomes from commencement through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading site delivery across premium commercial fit-out and new build projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site resources
- Managing construction sequencing, programmes and key milestones
- Maintaining high standards across WHS, quality assurance and compliance
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and consultants
- Monitoring progress and resolving issues to keep projects on track
- Overseeing inspections,



defect rectification and final project handover

You will have the autonomy to manage site operations, supported by established processes and an experienced team. Your ability to plan ahead, communicate effectively and maintain accountability will be central to your success.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion
- Experience delivering projects valued between $10M and $40M across fit-out, new build or both
- A sound understanding of construction programming, sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- The ability to lead trades, manage competing priorities and maintain site productivity
- Solid communication skills and the confidence to engage with project stakeholders
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to resolving construction challenges
- A commitment to safety, quality and workmanship; a carpentry or similar trade background will be highly regarded
