About the Role
As an Aged Care Worker, PCA or AIN, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents while working across a variety of aged care facilities throughout Adelaide.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Mobility support and manual handling
- Mealtime assistance and feeding support
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting concerns
- Building positive relationships with residents and families
- Supporting safe, high-quality aged care outcomes
What You’ll Need
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months paid experience in aged care, healthcare or residential care settings
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date vaccination and serology evidence
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability for day, afternoon and/or night shifts
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
