What the Role Looks Like:

This isn’t a clipboard‑and‑watch-from-the-sidelines kind of role. You’ll be on the floor, with the team, setting the tone for each shift. You’ll be:

- Leading service with confidence and common sense
- Keeping standards high without making it complicated
- Supporting the team and helping them grow
- Managing day‑to‑day operations with a level head
- Creating a warm,
