About the Role

We are seeking a highly competent, process-driven Accounts Officer to join a dynamic finance team SOR. This is a key dual-ledger role responsible for running daily transactional accounting operations across high-volume accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general financial reconciliations.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:

- Systems Experience: 3 to 5 years of recent, hands-on experience using Pronto is essential.
- Accounts Payable: Full end-to-end processing, matching purchase orders, line-item cost coding, statement reconciliations, and preparing payment runs.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoicing, payment allocations, credit control,



monitoring aging reports, and proactive debtor collections.
- Reconciliations & Reporting: High attention to detail with bank reconciliations, corporate credit card processing, and supporting month-end ledger close.

Main Duties

- Process end-to-end AP supplier invoices and AR customer billings with high precision.
- Manage credit control and debtor collections to minimize overdue accounts and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Execute daily bank and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Resolve internal and external supplier and customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist the Finance Manager with month-end reporting, accruals, and audit preparations.
