What You’ll Do

This role will be based at our Cockburn Central office.you’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Cockburn Central office has a team of 26 clinicians with a make up of:

11 OT's, 3 Speech Pathologist's, 4 Physiotherapist's, 3 Exercise Physiologist's,



4 Behaviour Support Practitioner's and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

- Full AHPRA registration
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- New Graduate (Must hold AHPRA) to 5year's post grad experience
