As a brand ambassador for Longines, you will create memorable experiences for our clientele by delivering exceptional service, sharing your product expertise and cultivating lasting customer relationships. You will play a key role in achieving boutique objectives while upholding the standards of excellence synonymous with the Longines name.
- Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience that reflects the Longines brand
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and develop long term customer loyalty
- Consistently achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPI’s
- Support the Boutique Management in the operations of the boutique
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and ensure the boutique environment reflects the prestige of the brand
- Assist with boutique presentation, maintenance and stock count and replenishment
- Develop and nurture the client database through proactive client engagement and follow up
- Participate in ongoing product, brand and sales training programs
- Be available to work a full time roster, including weekends and late-night trading as required
