We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our growing CFO Advisory team. This role offers the chance to work directly on a broad range of advisory engagements, helping clients improve financial processes, reporting and finance operations while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders and complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of CFO Advisory engagements across a diverse client base, including private businesses, private-equity backed businesses, ASX-listed companies and entities part of multinational groups.
- Support clients with finance function improvement initiatives, including month-end close processes, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Stay on top of evolving regulatory changes,
providing guidance and embedding controls within financial operations.
- Work closely with client finance teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.
- Support in the Preparation of presentations, reports and recommendations for management and executive stakeholders.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with other advisory projects as required.
About You
- Nearing completion or recently finished CA/CPA studies
- Approximately 1-3 years' experience in CFO Advisory, Business Advisory, Audit, Management Accounting or a related finance environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience preparing financial analysis, management reporting and stakeholder presentations.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
