We are seeking IT Services Officers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology area.

As an APS 6 IT Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery, operation and continuous improvement of IT services across the organisation. Working across a range of IT Service Management (ITSM) activities, you’ll provide specialist advice, lead complex investigations, contribute to solutions that support operational and strategic business outcomes.

You will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, technical specialists, service providers and project teams to analyse information, assess risks and impacts, and develop solutions that support organisational objectives. Applying sound judgement and initiative, you’ll resolve complex issues, influence outcomes and ensure services remain effective, reliable and aligned with governance requirements.





You will prepare and analyse reports on service performance, identify trends, risks and emerging issues, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and service improvement initiatives. You’ll also contribute to operational procedures, knowledge management activities and project delivery, helping to improve the quality, efficiency and sustainability of IT services across the enterprise workplace.

Some roles may require participation in on-call and after-hours arrangements to support real-time issue management.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD or Townsville.
