About the Role

As a Senior Manager at Bendelta, you will lead the design and delivery of leadership development and team effectiveness experiences that are creative, intellectually rigorous and practically valuable for leaders and organisations. You will lead high-profile client engagements, from early exploration and diagnosis through to design, facilitation and evaluation. Working with frontline leaders through to senior executives, you will understand their context, challenge assumptions and co-create development journeys that are tailored, human-centred and sustainable.

You will also play a key role in growing our Queensland practice, building relationships, generating opportunities and winning work across recent and existing clients. The role is Brisbane based, with national client work and interstate travel required from time to time.

Responsibilities

- Design leadership development programs, including program architectures, face-to-face and virtual workshops, and practical tools that embed learning in everyday work.
- Lead complex, high-profile engagements, with accountability for quality, impact, client satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
- Facilitate engaging,



high-impact experiences for leaders at all levels and help teams strengthen their effectiveness.
- Generate business opportunities through your professional network, proactive relationship building and account planning.
- Lead client conversations, proposals and pitches, translating client needs into compelling solutions and winning work.
- Apply research and contemporary thinking, exploring emerging ideas and technologies to evolve our practice.
- Coach colleagues, lead project teams and contribute to an inclusive, thriving culture.
- Bring your curiosity, relationship-building skills and commercial drive.

Qualifications

- 8 or more years’ relevant experience in leadership development, team effectiveness, organisational development, consulting or a related field.

- You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking insightful questions and offering a clear point of view.
- You combine strong consulting and facilitation skills with commercial judgement.
- You enjoy delivering meaningful client work and actively creating the relationships and opportunities that lead to the next engagement.
- Proven experience designing and leading leadership and team development engagements.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the versatility to work with frontline leaders, leadership teams and senior executives.
- Demonstrated success generating opportunities, leading proposals and winning client work.
- An established professional network you can draw upon, and the confidence to build new connections.
- Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships, budgets and commercial outcomes.
- An openness and agility to use AI and progressive tools to strengthen your work.
