Flourish PR is looking for a creative, organised Social Media Assistant to help bring our clients’ stories to life across social.

Flourish PR Australia is a leading PR and communications agency working across PR, content, events and influencer campaigns for lifestyle, food, entertainment, travel and consumer brands. We’re looking for someone who enjoys the creative side of social but is equally comfortable keeping calendars, assets and deadlines on track.

The role:

This role involves supporting the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content and community management across multiple platforms for clients and the Flourish brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, sourcing and coordinating visual assets, assisting with social media calendars, replying to comments and DM's, and monitoring online discussions. The role also collaborates with the wider team to brainstorm creative ideas, support campaign reporting,



and maintain consistent brand voice and quality across all social touch points.

Please note this role does include weekend work.

What you'll bring:

Hands-on experience creating and managing social content, including experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.

Robust writing skills, attention to detail, initiative and an understanding of audience engagement, basic analytics, and campaign support.

Confident in Canva and CapCut, or similar tools is beneficial.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
