We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on projects such as:Major commercial buildingsHospitals and healthcare facilitiesUniversities and education facilitiesLarge office developmentsMixed-use developmentsLarge-scale retail and civic projectsWhat We're Looking For You will bring experience working for commercial builders and have contributed to the successful delivery of major commercial construction projects valued from tens of millions through to large-scale landmark developments. Depending on your discipline, experience may include: Engineering ProfessionalsDesign coordination and technical deliveryRFIs, shop drawings, inspections and technical complianceQuality assurance and construction documentationConsultant and subcontractor coordinationSite-based engineering and project delivery experienceLeading and mentoring engineering teams (senior positions)The Engineering Lead role will provide technical leadership across the project, overseeing engineering delivery, design coordination, RFIs, inspections, quality processes and site engineering teams.



Site and Project Engineers will support project delivery through inspections, documentation control, technical coordination, quality management and subcontractor engagement.
