Case Assessment Officer – Casual Pool

We're currently seeking experienced professionals to join our casual pool to support our Case Assessment team.

About the Role

As a Case Assessment Officer, you will play a key role in delivering remediation activities through detailed file reviews and accurate case assessments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will assess historical claim decisions and processes against legislative requirements, internal policies, and regulatory obligations to identify potential claimant impacts and support remediation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and assess cases
- Identify potential claimant detriment and remediation requirements
- Draft clear and concise assessment outcomes, reports, and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records within case management systems
- Liaise with internal teams including Quality Assurance, Operations, Legal, and Calculations teams to progress cases




- Escalate complex or high-risk matters to senior stakeholders as required
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes across the remediation program

About You

- Experience in case assessment review
- Experience working within remediation, regulatory review, or dispute resolution programs will be highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex documentation and apply legislative requirements accurately
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a target-driven workplace
