About the company:

Our client, a reputable law firm located in the heart of Ipswich CBD, is looking for a full-time A-Z Conveyancer to join their welcoming team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial conveyancing and be able to manage files independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take client instructions and manage conveyancing files independently
- Prepare all necessary conveyancing documents
- Liaise with third parties, including financiers, agents, and other solicitors
- Handle all PEXA and in-house stamping requirements
- Book and calculate settlement figures
- Conduct property searches
- Invoice clients and prepare final correspondence
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients

Key Requirements:





- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- Proficiency with PEXA and OSR platforms
- Exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Initiative to take control and ownership of matters
- Experience with LEAP software is advantageous
