We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior School Core Teacher to join our Pakenham Campus in a fixed-term, part-time position. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering engaging and student-centred learning experiences that support the academic, social and emotional development of students from Prep to Year 4, while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Fixed-term position commencing 21 January 2027 and concluding 25 March 2027
- 0.80 FTE part-time position (Monday to Thursday)
- Based at our Pakenham Campus
- Teaching a Prep to Year 4 class within the Junior School
- Position involves a class-share arrangement
- Current VIT registration is required
- Tertiary qualifications in Education are required
- Demonstrated experience in primary education is desirable
- Strong commitment to student wellbeing, pastoral care and academic excellence
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students and families
- All new teachers are assigned a mentor and encouraged to participate in our comprehensive mentoring program to support their professional growth and success at the College
