Fabricator / Welder – Aluminium Fabrication

NLH Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder for an ongoing chance with a business specialising in aluminium sliding gates, balustrades and custom fabrication.

This role is ideal for someone with strong welding and fabrication skills who enjoys hands on work and is looking for consistent day shift hours, competitive pay and occasional overtime.

The Role

- Welding and fabricating aluminium sliding gates and balustrades
- Operating laser welding machines, drop saws and other workshop equipment
- Measuring, cutting, assembling and finishing fabricated products
- Reading and interpreting engineering diagrams
- Maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environment

About You

- Previous welding and fabrication experience
- Experience working with aluminium is highly regarded




- Confident using workshop machinery and fabrication equipment
- Trade qualifications are an advantage
- Reliable, safety conscious and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Benefits

- $40-$50ph + penalties & super (Negotiable based on experience)
- Day shift hours, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
- Occasional overtime available
