We're looking for a professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our beautiful waterfront venue.

Our focus is on the guest experience, so we're looking for a team member who can ensure all staff are providing excellent service. You'll assist the Venue Manager during busy times and work independently other times.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the venue with pride and professionalism under the Venue Manager

- Ensure all staff are providing excellent service

- Direct the staff at all times

- Manage shift reporting and rosters in accordance with criteria

- Train and develop the staff using our Standard Operating Procedures

- Provide thorough and motivational briefings

- Deliver unforgettable guest experiences

About you

- Solid operational knowledge in all facets of hospitality

- Confident in shift reporting and managing rosters

- Great presentation and real presence

- Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences

- Happy to train and develop staff

- Positive, enthusiastic,



and a true leader

- Senior team member with leadership experience
