As a business they have the capacity to add on a Site Manager to the team to sit under an experienced Senior Site Manager. Great opportunity to work on a large scale project, and take ownership of part of the project whilst still getting support on site.

About the role:
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
- Supervise and manage the project through to completion
- Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
- Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
- Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.




- Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
- Manage WH&S; requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems

Your Background:
- Experience with site managing/ supervising commercial projects
- Proven experience in delivering projects over $50 mil
- 3-5 years as a Site Manager/ General Foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
- Good tenure at previous businesses
- Strong relationship and reputation with subbies
