Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and managing our database
- Client liaison and written communication
- Assisting with maintenance requests and essential services
- Liaising with contractors and tradespeople
- Preparing arrears reports
- General administration and office support
- Assisting with receipting and reconciliations
What You’ll Bring to Professionals Mildura
- Previous real estate experience is preferred but not essential
- An Agent’s Representative Certificate would be an advantage but not essential
- A valid driver’s licence
- Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow with the business
- A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while working efficiently
