Rates:
These rates include the 25% casual loading and the electrical licence allowance. Overtime and public holiday multipliers are applied to the loaded casual rate.

Base Rate $69.86
Time and a Half $104.79
Double Time $139.73
Public Holiday $174.66

The scope includes:

Installation

- Install cable support systems including cable ladder, tray, conduit and underground services.
- Pull, gland, terminate and label LV power, control and instrumentation cabling to the cable schedule.
- Install and connect SBs, MCCs, DBs, L&SP;, earthing and lightning protection.
- Install and terminate field instruments and equipment in accordance with drawings and manufacturer requirements.




- Read and work from single line diagrams, schematics, layouts and cable schedules.

Testing and commissioning

- Carry out insulation resistance, continuity, polarity, earth fault loop impedance and RCD testing.
- Assist with pre-commissioning, loop checks and energisation activities.
- Identify, report and rectify defects.

Quality and documentation

- Complete ITPs, test sheets and check sheets accurately and on time.
- Redline markup drawings as-built changes.

Safety

- Apply isolation and lockout/tagout procedures and verify de-energisation before work.
- Prepare and follow SWMS, JHAs and permits to work.
- Report hazards, incidents and near misses immediately.

Teamwork

- Coordinate with supervisors, other trades and client representatives.
- Guide apprentices and trade assistants as directed
- Keep work areas, tools and test equipment clean, tagged and in positive condition.

Requirements

- Proven Construction Electrical experience - Minimum 2 years Post Trade
- Current WA Electrical Grade A License
- Current Workplace First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) certificate
- Willingness and ability to work a 2/1 FIFO roster
