The ERP Functional Lead provides functional leadership and specialist advice across ERP HR and Finance, ensuring business needs are translated into practical, sustainable system solutions.

The role works collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and project resources to lead key functional activities, including:

- functional design and analysis
- system configuration and process improvement
- testing, implementation and change activities
- support for reliable, fit-for-purpose ERP outcomes.

The key duties of the position include:

- Lead the functional management (HR and Finance functions) and improvement of ERP and corporate business systems to ensure they meet business needs and organisational priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and project resources to design, deliver and support effective system solutions.
- Lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation and change activities for system enhancements, upgrades and projects.
- Provide expert advice on ERP capabilities, business processes, risks, dependencies and future platform opportunities.
- Drive process optimisation, system utilisation, documentation, standards and governance practices that support effective service delivery and compliance.
- Contribute to ERP roadmaps, investment planning, vendor management and capability uplift aligned to organisational priorities.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members and project resources, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
