Furniture Fitouts is on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Furniture Removalist to join our team in Belmont!

We’re all about great furniture, great service and getting the job done right. From delivering and setting up furniture to collecting it at the end of a hire, no two days are quite the same.

If you enjoy physical work, like being out and about, and want to be part of a hardworking team that gets stuck in and gets things done, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What you'll be getting up to

- Loading, unloading, delivering and collecting furniture and household items.

- Assembling and disassembling furniture and making sure everything is set up just right.

- Driving company trucks and safely operating moving equipment.

- Making sure furniture arrives in great condition and is handled with care.

- Keeping customers happy with friendly, professional service.

- Keeping trucks, tools and equipment clean, tidy and ready for the next job.

- Following safe work practices and looking out for yourself and your teammates.

What we're looking for

We’re after someone who is dependable, switched on and happy to roll up their sleeves. You take pride in your work, have a positive attitude and understand that the little things make a big difference.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in furniture removals, furniture delivery or a similar hands-on role.





- A current C-Class driver's licence and experience driving trucks.

- The fitness and stamina to handle the physical side of the job.

- A valuable eye for detail and the ability to handle furniture with care.

- Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A safety-first mindset and the ability to follow procedures.

- A current National Police Clearance.

Bonus points if you have:

- An LR or MR driver's licence.

- A current forklift licence.

- Experience assembling and installing furniture.
