About us

Atrium Sydney is a busy café at Sydney Airport. We run on clear systems, from dial-in and recipes to cleaning and food safety, so every customer gets the same great coffee whether it's 4am or the evening rush. We're looking for baristas who take pride in doing things properly.

What you'll do

- Dial in espresso at the start of every shift and check it throughout the day

- Follow our drink recipes and milk standards exactly, so every coffee tastes the same

- Steam milk properly and pour clean latte art across dairy and alternative milks

- Give fast, friendly service to travellers without letting quality drop

- Finish opening, closing and cleaning checklists properly, every time

- Follow food safety and airport security procedures

What you'll need

- At least 2 years' barista experience in a busy, high-volume café

- Strong technical skills: dialling in, milk texture and latte art

- A track record of following systems, recipes and checklists,



even when it's busy

- Reliability and punctuality. Our early starts don't work without it

- Available to start as early as 4:00am, including weekends and public holidays

- Full Australian work rights

- Able to get an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), the airport security pass. We'll help with the application

Pay: $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
