Our client is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to take ownership of end-to-end tendering across civil construction, drilling and electrical utilities projects.

Working closely with operational, technical and commercial teams, you’ll manage a high volume of tenders. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong industry knowledge, estimating experience and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver competitive, compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full tender lifecycle, from opportunity assessment through to final submission.
- Prepare and coordinate EOIs, RFQs, RFTs and other tender documentation.
- Review project scopes, technical requirements, pricing, contract conditions and commercial risks.
- Develop accurate estimates, competitive pricing and practical project delivery solutions.
- Work with civil, drilling and electrical teams to develop credible methodologies, programmes and resourcing plans.
- Coordinate stakeholders and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support commercial negotiations and identify opportunities to strengthen bid outcomes.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- Experience in bid or tender management within civil construction, drilling and/or electrical utilities, with a sound understanding of all three disciplines.
- Demonstrated estimating and pricing experience within a contracting environment.
- The ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, balancing accuracy, quality and tight deadlines.




- Solid commercial judgement and an understanding of project scopes, risks and contract requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the motivation to develop and grow with the role.
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
