About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Casual Cook to join our hospitality team and help create enjoyable dining experiences for our residents. Working closely with the Head Chef and catering team, you'll prepare nutritious, high-quality meals while contributing to a welcoming dining experience that supports resident wellbeing and choice.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and deliver nutritious meals, snacks, and dining experiences for residents
- Ensure meals are prepared and served in line with dietary requirements and preferences
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and customer service




- Support meal service delivery in accordance with kitchen schedules and service standards
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and hospitality team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and minimisation of food waste
- Follow food safety, infection control, and workplace safety requirements at all times

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
- Current Food Handling Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen setting
- A genuine passion for food and creating positive dining experiences
- Strong food preparation, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and infection control practices
- Willingness to complete:
