The Opportunity
An opportunity is available for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a Tier 1 electrical contractor with a strong pipeline of major data centre and hospital projects across Sydney.
With a solid reputation for delivering complex electrical infrastructure projects, the business is looking for a Project Manager with experience across High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) infrastructure to support current and upcoming projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor with long-term project security, major projects on the horizon and the chance to work across some of Sydney's key infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of HV and MV electrical infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, programming, forecasting and cost control to ensure projects are delivered within commercial targets.




- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and engineering consultants to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Manage project risks, technical issues, variations and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety requirements, specifications and client expectations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the electrical contracting industry.
- Demonstrated experience delivering HV and/or MV electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure systems, including installation, testing and commissioning.
- Experience managing project budgets, subcontractors, procurement, programming and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
