About the Role

This Sales Support role sits at the centre of the Sales & Marketing team, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will be the first voice customers hear, turning their questions into quotes and orders, while also keeping the B2B desk and the on-road sales team running smoothly.

It is a genuine mix of customer service, sales support and coordination, ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on with vehicles and products, and happy being the reliable person others can count on.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Be the main contact for retail customers: answering enquiries by phone, email and web, and working out their vehicle,



body type and roof set-up

· Guide customers to the right fit: advising on which products suit their vehicle and how they plan to use it

· Win the sale: issuing same-day written quotes and following them up until you have an outcome

· Take it across the line: processing orders and payments and booking customers in for fitting

· Support the B2B desk: entering reseller orders, preparing B2B quotes, processing warranty claims and covering the phones when needed

· Back up the field sales team: keeping task lists and follow-ups on track, planning trips and routes, booking travel and accommodation, processing expenses and entering field orders

· Brief the reps before they walk in: preparing pre-visit account reports and next-day summaries

· Keep it all connected: maintaining accurate customer records in FileMaker, joining the weekly sales meeting and sharing recurring customer and fitment feedback

About You

You will ideally have experience in internal sales, customer service, parts, service or trade counter roles within a busy, high-volume inbound environment.

You will also bring:

· Mechanical or automotive aptitude, with the ability to understand vehicle variants,



body types and fitment requirements

· Experience supporting a field-based team, including scheduling, travel and expense administration

· Accurate data entry and solid attention to detail, even with frequent interruptions

· Excellent written and verbal communication, including clear, concise emails and SMS

· Confidence with CRM or ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

· The ability to work autonomously, juggle competing priorities and follow tasks through to completion

· Strong alignment with integrity, accountability, service and continual improvement

Experience with automotive parts or accessories will be highly regarded.
