We're looking for a reliable support worker to join a small team providing personalized care for a ventilated quadriplegic customer with complex support needs in Coogee area. This role requires full availability across Monday to Sunday as part of a rotating roster.

You'll work three (3) shifts per week on a rotating roster, including weekends. These shifts are active overnight awake shifts: 9:00PM to 6:00AM. Due to the nature of the support provided, we're only able to consider applicants who can meet this level of availability.

What the day looks like:

- You'll be part of one person's daily life to live safely, confidently and independently
- Personal care, including bowel and catheter support
- Medication administration
- Client Specific Manual handling (including three-person transfers)
- Domestic assistance and home support
- Social and Community support
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care, once you've completed hands-on training and been assessed as competent

We'll support you with comprehensive hands-on training, buddy shifts, and clinical guidance to ensure you're confident and capable before working independently
