The Opportunity
Our client are seeking a customer service representative to support the customer service team in Casula. A mixed administrative, customer service and warehouse support position, this role provides great opportunity and variety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse and transport teams.
- Assist customers with the return of products, communicating over the phone and email.
- High volume data entry into system.
- Ensuring all records and paperwork are up to date.
- Populating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Assist as required with branch administration tasks.
Key Requirements
- Robust communication skills.
- Good attention to detail/record keeping skills.
- Past logistics administration highly regarded
- SAP experience desirable
- Ability to join an immediately starting position.
