- Personal Care Workers – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent) or Certificate IV

- Casual Enrolled Nurses – providing in-home nursing care to our aged care clients

Our office is based in Mitchell, ACT, and we support clients in North side of Canberra and surrounding NSW communities.

About the Roles

As a Personal Care Worker or Enrolled Nurse, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Working in accordance with individual care plans, you’ll provide compassionate, person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs.

For our Enrolled Nurses, the role involves providing in-home nursing care to aged care clients on a casual basis.



There is availability for EN's to work a mixture of Enrolled Nurse shifts and Personal Care Shifts.

Availability: There are shifts available throughout the week. Personal Care Workers must be available to work a minimum of two days per week, with candidates available three to five days receiving priority. Greater availability across the week is highly desirable.

Languages: We particularly welcome Personal Care Workers who speak Vietnamese, Cantonese or Greek. Multilingual team members are a wonderful asset to our diverse client community.

Our Service Areas

Our clients are located across Canberra’s north and surrounding NSW communities, including:

- Canberra North: Inner North, Belconnen and Gungahlin.

- Surrounding NSW areas: Queanbeyan, Carwoola, Googong, Karabar, Greenleigh, Wamboin, Sutton, Bywong, Braidwood, Burra, Michelago, Bredbo, Gundaroo and Wallaroo.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for these roles, you must have:

- Current National Police Check (mandatory).

- Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (mandatory).

- Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured private vehicle (mandatory).

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (mandatory).

- Completion of mandatory orientation.

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent), Certificate IV, or a higher relevant qualification.

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, as applicable to the role and client requirements.

- A smartphone for work-related communication and care documentation.

- Willingness to complete a statutory declaration, where required.

- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and develop professionally.

- A willingness to complete Domestic Assistance for our community clients.

Additional requirements for Enrolled Nurses:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

- Professional indemnity insurance.

Pay rates:

Personal Care Worker Rate:



$43.53-$45.75

Casual Enrolled Nurse Hourly rate: $49.08
