About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to provide administrative and project support across road infrastructure projects. This role will work closely with Project Managers and project teams to support the timely delivery of projects while ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-level administrative support, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, maintaining registers and spreadsheets, and taking minutes.
- Support procurement, contract administration, financial approvals, and tender-related activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and track approvals, actions, and project records.
- Assist Project Managers with project coordination and administrative activities to ensure key deadlines are met.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support compliance with governance, procurement, and WH&S; requirements.

About You
- Experience in a Project Support Officer, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator,



or similar role.
- Strong administration, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting projects within government, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or similar environments is highly regarded.
- Exposure to procurement, contracts, financial administration, or governance processes is desirable.
- High attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced project environment.
