We are seeking a highly organised and customer focussed person to join our team at our world-class golf facility. Having opened to acclaim last December, the future is incredibly exciting with the construction of the North Course imminent. This role is central to the seamless delivery of daily golf operations, ensuring an exceptional visitor experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, service, and efficiency.

About the role

Working closely with the management team, you'll be at the heart of daily golf operations. This is a customer-facing role spanning concierge, retail, hospitality and general guest services, with high standards of presentation, service and efficiency at every touchpoint.

This is a six-month fixed term employment contract.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome guests and look after them from arrival to departure

- Assist customers in the golf shop





- Support driving range activities

- Provide on-course support and act as starter

- Deliver hospitality and general guest services

- Take on other duties within your capabilities as the operation needs

About you

- A genuine passion for service and making people feel welcome

- Well presented, confident and personable with guests

- Reliable, adaptable and happy working as part of a team

- Golf knowledge or experience in hospitality, retail or golf operations is a bonus, but not essential
