KMH Workforce is currently seeking experienced Section 26 (S26) Supervisors for opportunities across civil construction, bulk earthworks and mining projects in Western Australia, with immediate starts available.

We are looking for capable, hands-on Supervisors with a solid background in civil works, bulk earthworks and/or mining operations. The successful candidates will be confident leading crews, coordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to project requirements.

About You

To be considered for these opportunities, you will ideally have:

- Current Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification, including successful completion of the required exam
- Demonstrated supervisory experience across civil construction, bulk earthworks or mining operations
- Robust understanding of site safety requirements, procedures and compliance
- Experience supervising operators, labourers and civil crews
- Ability to plan and coordinate daily work fronts, personnel, equipment and mobile plant
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety inspections
- Ability to manage production targets, project schedules and deadlines
- Sound knowledge of mobile plant operations and earthworks activities




- Current Australian Driver's Licence and Construction White Card
- Ability to complete project-specific medical, drug and alcohol screening and mobilisation requirements

Highly Regarded:

- Previous FMG site experience and/or current inductions
- Relevant plant competencies and VOCs
- Current First Aid and 4WD qualifications
