About the role

Work Clobber Mandurah is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail team in Mandurah, WA. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products whilst creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on and contributing to the overall success of the store.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and providing expert product knowledge to help them make informed purchasing decisions

- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment

- Restocking shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and easily accessible

- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously

- Processing returns and exchanges in line with store policies

- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Following health and safety procedures and store policies at all times

What we're looking for

- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others

- Excellent communication abilities and a friendly, approachable demeanour

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team





- Good numeracy skills and comfort with handling cash and card transactions

- Reliability and punctuality with a professional attitude towards work

- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise safely

- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends as required

- Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
