As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team based in Campbellfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry through to job completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email

- Proactively identifying and following up new sales opportunities

- Preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Scheduling demolition and skip bin deliveries, collections and customer bookings

- Coordinating customer requirements with our operations team

- Building long-term relationships through exceptional customer service

- Maintaining accurate customer records within our CRM system

- General administration and sales support duties; permit application, leads processing

- Assisting customers with product and service information across our business divisions

- General administration tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who is positive,



organised and enjoys working with people.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales administration

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- High attention to detail

- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, XERO, Work Guru, Bin Manager a bonus

- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills

- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Highly regarded (but not essential):

- Experience within waste management, demolition, construction, transport or recycling industries.
