My client is an up and coming architectural builder that focus on luxury residential and architecturally driven commercial fitout projects. This company has created a highly successful reputation in the Melbourne market by consistently maintaining strong relationships with clients, employers, subcontractors, and suppliers alike by having the discipline to stay within budgets and the agreed timelines.

They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team - This is no regular PC role, as my client is seeking someone who wants to eventually progress into Project Manager. They envision this role as a "Junior Builder" so are looking for someone hungry for progression and growth. Ideally someone who has fully graduated and driven

The Role:
Working directly with the Project Manager and assisting the team of Site Managers, where you will be assisting them across 2-3 projects





- Delivering quality projects on time and within budget.
- Providing direction to sub-contractors for multiple projects.
- Effective planning, management and delivery of all projects within time and in accordance with OH&S; requirements.
- Managing client relationships.
- End to end management of each project during the construction phase.

To Be Considered:

- Graduate/ Post Grad in Building and Construction/ Have experience in the architectural residential construction industry
- Exemplary time management, planning and problem solving skills on-site and within the office.
- Be proactive in the identification and resolution of problems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A drive and a want to succeed and progress
