Based at Queensland’s Coolum Beach, Shipping Container Pools has been manufacturing revolutionary, lightweight, all-in-one above-ground swimming pools since 2012. It’s an amazing concept - we repurpose A-grade shipping containers into fully self-contained fibreglass swimming pools with all equipment fitted inside the container itself. Our pools suit pretty much any elevated or flat site, they are relocatable, and we deliver to happy clients throughout Australia.

We are currently seeking a general hand to join our friendly team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the job:

You'll be working with our team of tradespeople and specialists, looking after factory cleanliness and also taking responsibility for some manufacturing and other duties. It's a varied role and ideally you'll have experience in a similar manufacturing workplace - but most importantly, we're looking for a team player with a can-do attitude.

A current Queensland LF high risk work licence (forklift)

isn't a requirement but would be a definite advantage.

In a typical day, you'll use these skills:

- Cleaning around the factory

- Assist tradespeople and specialists in the course of their work

- Final clean of completed swimming pools prior to shipment

- Comply with safety procedures

- Communicate with the team up and down the line

- Manage your time to meet production deadlines.

All work is conducted here onsite at Coolum Beach. Training is on the job with guidance from our friendly Production Manager. The role is full time for the right candidate for immediate start.
