Concrete Agitator Drivers

Southern Pacific Sands / SPS Quality Concrete is a growing South East Queensland business supplying quality sands, soils, aggregates and ready-mixed concrete across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

We're looking for reliable HR drivers to join our Concrete team at Ningi or Caloundra. If you're an experienced heavy vehicle driver looking for a long-term role with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Travelling to Caloundra from further north? Travel support is available for eligible drivers from Morayfield and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | Early Starts

You'll operate our modern concrete agitator fleet, delivering quality concrete to residential, commercial and civil projects across South East Queensland.

Your day will involve:

- Safely delivering concrete to customer sites and meeting delivery requirements.

- Completing pre-start checks and keeping your truck clean and well maintained.

- Communicating professionally with customers, site personnel and the team.

- Following site safety requirements and secure work procedures.

- Taking pride in your equipment and representing SPS on the road and at customer sites.

No agitator experience? No problem.
Previous agitator experience is an advantage, but we're happy to train the right HR driver who brings a strong safety mindset, reliability and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Need





- Current HR Driver's Licence.

- Previous heavy rigid driving experience.

- A strong commitment to safety and a responsible driving history.

- A reliable, professional attitude and good communication skills.

- The ability to manage early starts and longer shifts.

- White Card / Construction Induction Card (preferred).

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
