Your Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Worker, your duties may include:

- Providing high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assisting with showering, dressing, grooming and toileting.
- Supporting residents with mobility and transfers.
- Assisting with meals and hydration.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Supporting residents to maintain their independence and dignity.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' health or wellbeing.
- Completing required documentation and reporting.
- Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and other members of the care team.
- Following individual care plans, workplace health and safety requirements and infection control procedures.

What You Will Need

- A relevant qualification,



such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent.
- Current 2026 Influenza Vaccination and COVID-19 vaccination, where required.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, where required.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working in aged care or a similar care environment.
- A compassionate, reliable and respectful approach to supporting older people.
