GAT & Associates is an established Town Planning consultancy located in the Inner West. We are seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join our team.

The position will include assessments of a range of projects including residential, commercial and industrial.

The role will include:
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
The application of town planning policies and strategies to a wide range of projects
Preparation of planning reports and proposals for Development Applications and Complying Development proposals
Provision of general planning advice
Assessment of Council DA's
Attendance of Council meetings and other Panel meetings
Assist in the preparation of Statements of Facts and Contentions

The successful applicant will have:
Tertiary qualifications in Planning
A robust understanding of planning legislation




Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and attention to detail
Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage own projects as well as those of other team members within an agreed time frame
The ability to work in a team setting and autonomously as required and be deadline orientated
Current driver's licence is essential
Unrestricted Australian working rights
