An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Finance Officer to join a well-established and growing organisation within the automotive manufacturing sector. Working as part of a small finance team, you will play a key role across accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end activities, and general accounting support.

The organisation operates in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry in Mickleham.

Description
End-to-end accounts payable processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment query resolution
Accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, cash allocation, credit notes, and collections
Maintaining customer and supplier master data
Corporate credit card administration and reconciliations
Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
Assisting with month-end reporting, audit requests, and general accounting activities
Supporting financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
Providing broader finance and administrative support across the business

Profile
Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer, or similar finance role




Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry is essential
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
CPA qualified or actively working towards your CPA
Robust understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end processes
Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with Pronto
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
Experience working in a fast-paced operational workplace
