Lighthouse is seeking a senior sales leader to run the AU/NZ revenue team in a remote role. You will drive quota attainment, coach reps, and shape deals using a contemporary AI-enabled revenue stack to optimize forecasting and pipeline management.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize funnel quality and ensure consistency in attainment across a agile, international workplace. This is a leadership role with significant impact.
