Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs to enhance clients' functional abilities and quality of life. You will work with NDIs, CHSP and private clients as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves comprehensive assessments, development of individualized treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.
