YES Medical Group is expanding its Business Development team in Current South Wales with a remote role. The BDM will identify opportunities, engage clients, onboard current partners, and manage ongoing relationships across the CRO and pharma space.
The role requires a solid background in business development or sales within CROs, knowledge of clinical research, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
