About the Role

Acclime has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused Senior Accountant to join our thriving Business Advisory team. This role is ideal for an ambitious qualified looking to take the next step in their career and work with a diverse portfolio of clients, build trusted long-term relationships and make a genuine impact on client success. Beyond delivering exceptional business advisory services, this position plays a key role in supporting the development of team members while contributing to the growth of the business.

What will you be doing?
Preparation of statutory accounts, including all associated working papers and supporting documentation
Preparation of income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns
Preparation of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements
Managing reporting obligations
Management accounting
Assisting with management of the tax lodgement program
Supervise and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment




Review completed work with a sharp eye for detail

What are we looking for?
A bachelor’s degree in commerce/accounting
CA ANZ / CPA qualification or nearly qualified
A minimum of 4 years’ qualified experience in tax and business advisory services working with complex client groups including family groups, SMEs and high net wealth individuals
Ability to manage strong client relationships
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
High level of technical expertise
