Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Gold Coast, QLD. The Appointment Setter is responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, qualifying interest, and scheduling meetings for the sales or advisory team. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, updating appointment schedules, and accurately recording client information in internal systems. The role also involves coordinating with team members to confirm availability, following up on leads,



and maintaining a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions. The position requires consistent in office attendance and collaboration with colleagues to ensure an efficient appointment pipeline.

Qualifications
Ability to perform Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling accurately and efficiently.
Skills in Lead Generation, including identifying prospects and nurturing interest.
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
Comfort with phone-based outreach and basic computer literacy, including CRM or scheduling tools.
Attention to detail, reliability, and strong time management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Gold Coast, QLD, and collaborate effectively with the local team.
Prior experience in sales support, call center, or administrative roles is beneficial.
Willingness to learn about financial and investment services; previous industry experience is an advantage but not required.
