Indie Campers is seeking an in office Operations Supervisor (City Lead) to run a small depot in Western Australia. This role is 70–80% hands-on, coordinating workflows, ensuring fleet readiness, and delivering a consistent, customer-centric service.

You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to cost control and SOP adherence. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in quick-paced operations, logistics, or hospitality, a Category B driving licence, and fluent English; weekend work may be
